On top of having the row to myself, it’s an emergency exit, so all the leg room, too!

Happy Independence Day, fellow American Oppos. Non-American Oppos, happy Taco Tuesday!

Last time I flew a guy just laid down on an empty row. The flight was fully booked and people were still boarding. It wasn’t his row. A couple walked up and didn’t know what to do. After a polite “excuse me, I think these are our seats” the guy got up without saying anything and returned to his seat several rows up.

Real lucking out is getting an empty row with armrests that fold up.

Lucky. I usually end up stuck in the middle between two obese people who think that their size entitles them to the arm rests :/

I only care about getting a good window seat. I’m tall but willing to tolerate the lack of space for legs.
